About this event
Practical lessons from 100+ PBX-to-Teams Phone migrations. The session focuses on why projects stall (hidden device inventory), how to choose the right PSTN connectivity, and how to plan porting, cutover and adoption successfully.
Teams Phone migrations rarely fail on technology — they fail on the inventory nobody did.
Based on more than 100 real projects, this session covers the four PSTN connectivity options, the hidden devices that cause problems (fax, elevators, intercoms, alarms), a reliable porting process, big-bang vs. phased cutovers, and what really drives user adoption. You leave with a clear decision framework, an inventory checklist and a practical cutover playbook.
