We cover the three building blocks (resource accounts, auto attendants, call queues), proven design principles (short menus, clear exits, centralised hours and holidays), and practical patterns for multi-site and multi-language setups. You also learn how the Queues app gives agents and supervisors the visibility they need, plus how to automate creation and enforce governance with PowerShell. You leave with design principles, a multi-site pattern and scripts to build voice apps at scale.
